Located in the Minatomirai area of Yokohama City, Kanagawa Prefecture, Osanbashi Yokohama International Passenger Terminal is one of the largest passenger ship terminals in Japan, where Japanese luxury cruise ships and cruise ships from around the world call at port.

The rooftop deck is open to the public as an observation deck, from which visitors can view the Yokohama Bay Bridge, Yokohama Marine Tower, Cosmo Clock (Ferris wheel), Yokohama Landmark Tower, Yokohama Red Brick Warehouse, and other landmarks in Minatomirai.

The view from the rooftop deck is especially special in winter, when various facilities are lit up and illumination shows can be seen.
This year, the event is scheduled to run from November 24, 2022-January 3, 2023, from 17:00-21:05.
